About Me

I am a psychologist, counsellor, storyteller, and author who believes in weaving science, creativity, and spirituality into healing journeys. My work is not about labels or quick fixes—it is about helping you connect with yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way.

  • Counselling & Therapy:
    I work with individuals and groups to address challenges like stress, anxiety, emotional imbalance, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

  • Healing Practices:
    Alongside counselling, I integrate:

    • Mindfulness and guided relaxation

    • Bach Flower Therapy for emotional healing

    • Creative methods such as storytelling, sketch notes, and art

    • Spiritual counselling for those who wish to connect with inner guidance

  • Author & Creator:
    My debut illustrated book, “The Fork – A Story About Finding Where You Truly Belong”, reflects my philosophy that stories can heal and inspire. I also bring storytelling into my sessions, making learning and reflection deeply personal and memorable.

  • Who I Am Beyond Work:
    I am an independent mother and a seeker who finds joy in simple, soulful living. My journey has been filled with moments of both struggle and resilience, and these experiences shape the empathy and authenticity I bring into every session.
